In our quest for excellence, we are searching for a Reporting Specialist to strengthen our Finance team of 2 other colleagues. You will report to the Director Finance.
At our client, they work in teams. In this way you can learn from each other, motivate each other, be a sounding board for each other and help each other if necessary. You have responsibilities, but you are not left to your own devices. The Finance department falls under the direct responsibility of the Deputy Director and plays a crucial role in recording and providing accurate information for our clients, attorneys, support staff and staff departments.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO BE DOING?
There are currently two people in the Finance department who are responsible for keeping the accounts and producing periodic reports. We are looking for someone to join this team who will work on further professionalising the management information system by using modern reporting tools.
This job is the right one for you if you enjoy the challenge of accessing and combining data from different source systems to turn it into useful control information. To this end, you will be in contact with everyone in the organisation, but will also be taking a critical look at the processes used to record the data needed for this. Where necessary, you will try to reach agreement on improvements and actively take the lead in this. This role reports directly to the Deputy Director.
You need to be able to carry out administrative work independently and also be prepared to help out with this when colleagues are absent.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You have a higher professional/university education background in business economics/accountancy;
- You have experience in carrying out administrative duties and general ledger audits;
- You have experience in implementing Business Intelligence packages such as Power BI and Qlikview;
- You work accurately and have strong self-monitoring skills;
- You are able to align business processes with recording processes;
- You communicate easily at multiple levels in an organisation;
- You are fluent in both written and spoken Dutch and English.

Salary: €3.500,- €4.500 gross a month (depending on your work experience)
